Although the PANDION FRANCIS residential property is located in the center of the state capital Düsseldorf, it is a retreat from the pulsating city life. These include the underfloor heating systems supplied and installed by ClimaLevel. These were also installed in the 36 rent-controlled and socially subsidized apartments.

Prestigious company address
The two designs were created by the renowned Cologne architects Römer Kögeler und Partner Architekten, who chose an architecture with a classic design language for both the residential and commercial buildings. The prestigious elegance of the 14-storey PANDION OFFICEHOME Francis is emphasized by the natural stone curtain wall façade – an impression that is continued in the representative, two-storey lobby. With high-quality materials and a subtly coordinated lighting concept, the Cologne-based architecture and design office a.s.h. has created an impressive setting.

The office space with a total rental area of 5,400 square meters are located on floors 1 to 13 and can be combined vertically. While floors 2 to 11 have a loggia, floors 2 to 11 have a balcony. 12. and 13th floor roof terraces offer impressive views of Düsseldorf. The 14 full floors are accessed via two elevators. The floor plans can be designed flexibly: Individual, group or open-plan offices can be created as required. This applies equally to the furnishing of lounges, conference rooms and kitchenettes. A floor height of 3.10 meters and large windows lend the rooms a pleasant spaciousness. And the PANDION OFFICEHOME Francis is also in the top league in terms of energy: the aim is to achieve DGNB Gold certification.

The office tower is the first project of the PANDION OFFICEHOME brand in Düsseldorf.
