Airtight building envelopes, large glass surfaces and high internal loads place special demands on the technical building equipment in modern residential and office buildings. Almost all office buildings and an increasing proportion of residential buildings should have heating, ventilation and cooling. As a surface heating and cooling system with integrated supply air ducting, the ClimaLevel Multiboden fulfills all three functions in one system. As a combination of hot water underfloor heating and an air-bearing cavity floor, the Multiboden uses the screed mass to control the temperature of the supply air. We are talking about thermal screed activation.

The supply air is either heated or cooled by the screed on its way through the floor to the floor-integrated air outlets: always comfortable and barely perceptible. With the ClimaLaevel multi-floor, we can achieve cooling capacities of approx. 50 to 70 W/m2. The system should be installed at a height of approx. 150 mm from the top edge of the screed. For office buildings, we can expand the system to include integrated system technology for underfloor cabling. The build-up is then at least 180 mm to the top screed.

In the context of technical building equipment, the ClimaLevel Multiboden is the final component of the air supply system. It is therefore important to develop an understanding of the economic structure of the system components right from the start of the design and planning phase: The performance data in both heating and cooling mode can be optimized in technical and economic terms if our specialists are involved at an early stage.

We support project developers, building owners, architects and specialist planners from the cost estimate to the planning and installation of the ClimaLevel Multiboden. Each project has a clearly assigned project manager. We have permanently optimized all processes over the years: This is what we call our “learned competence”.

The system surfaces are installed by experienced installation teams. All structural conditions, including the available construction heights, are always checked before installation. Our team of installation supervisors ensures close cooperation with site management and neighboring trades.
