What do your respective companies bring to the partnership?

Kay Krominga: Above all our product expertise. Our Austrian parent company KE KELIT is a manufacturer of innovative pipe systems and the market leader in many countries for component activation, industrial surface heating and heating and cooling ceilings. Our products are installed in the Kunsthaus Graz as well as in the Hungarian parliament building and Changi Airport in Singapore.

Uwe Kemmer: KE KELIT is the product specialist, we are the specialist for planning and installing underfloor heating systems. In over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have developed structures and processes that guarantee smooth construction workflows. Our contribution to cost- and time-efficient construction is valued by project partners throughout Germany.

What synergies result from the strategic partnership?

Uwe Kemmer: ” Together, our cooperation covers all the surface temperature control systems that are in demand. When component activation, heating and cooling ceilings or industrial heating surfaces were required, we previously had to pass. Now we can also offer our customers these solutions.

Kay Krominga: As far as the service portfolio is concerned, the same applies to us. Both companies can now work according to the one-face-to-the-customer principle. Like ClimaLevel, we accompany projects from planning to commissioning – with components from our own production and experienced installation teams. We benefit from the standardized construction processes and the construction site experience of ClimaLevel GmbH.

How would you rate your collaboration after one year?

Uwe Kemmer: Our sales partnership has got off to a very good start. We started right away with a major joint project. For the new Edeka logistics center in Oberhausen, KE KELIT supplied and installed an industrial floor heating system covering more than 20,000 m² for the warehouse, and we installed underfloor heating covering 4,800 m² for the administration building.

Kay Krominga: The cooperation has enabled us to increase our market presence and significantly accelerate our growth. A new joint project, the Lidl logistics center, will be launched shortly, and others are being planned. These are good prospects for the future.
