EGK specializes in the project development and revitalization of profitable retail locations and retail parks with the establishment of expansive chain stores. The portfolio of the company, which was founded in 2004, also includes the development of office and high-quality residential properties. The range of services extends from planning and financing via private and institutional investors to sales. The company’s own construction company, EGK Bau & Service GmbH, provides construction services in all phases and also includes property management and facility management in its portfolio. In this way, the EGK Immobilien Group offers investors and users all services relating to project development and realization from a single source.
Exploiting potential and synergies
With the merger, EGK and Clima-
level of their project partnership. Together, they have already realized the new EGK headquarters, where ClimaLevel also moved into its new home this spring. In the future, the potential of both companies’ networks will be utilized mutually. ClimaLevel will also support EGK’s projects in an advisory capacity. And not only in the area of surface heating or cooling. Step by step, the company’s industry expertise in the entire field of technical building equipment is intended to ensure greater efficiency and cost reliability.
“We are delighted to have a shareholder from the construction industry. In addition to our own order volume, which gives ClimaLevel security, it also brings new ideas regarding the possible expansion of our portfolio,” explains Uwe Kemmer, Managing Partner of ClimaLevel Energiesysteme GmbH. And Christian Gernandt, Managing Partner of the EGK Immobilien Group, adds: “In many of our projects, the issue of energy supply was very critical to implement. Many well-positioned companies in this segment are chronically overloaded. By joining ClimaLevel, we are securing access to a highly competent team that will support us with experience and manpower to achieve our goals.”
