One of ClimaLevel’s project partners is Cologne-based PANDION AG, a company specializing in the development, construction and sale of high-quality real estate. The exclusive PANDION VISTA residential building – part of the ensemble of three “Kranhäuser”, the architectural flagship of Cologne’s Rheinauhafen – is just one of the many references in the cathedral city, albeit one of which the company is particularly proud. In Berlin, ClimaLevel fitted 250 condominiums with ClimaLevel underfloor heating for the PANDION FIRST and PANDION COSMOPOLITAN 250 projects – high-profile properties in the prominent neighborhood of Gendarmenmarkt, Museum Island and Potsdamer Platz. Because exclusive living in special architecture only becomes perfect comfort with a pleasant indoor climate.
