Whether for office, residential or industrial buildings, the climate control solutions from ClimaLevel Energiesysteme GmbH have proven themselves on the market for years. The company is a valued partner in the project business. With a well-coordinated team of experienced specialists, ClimaLevel offers all services from planning to installation from a single source. The main area of activity in the field of conventional underfloor heating is multi-storey residential construction in large-scale projects. The company has made a name for itself above all with the ClimaLevel Multiboden HKL. The innovative system integrates the functions of heating, cooling and ventilation in a single construction unit and is primarily used in office buildings and high-quality residential properties. Business development is positive. A new shareholder structure, cooperations and a number of new project partners should also ensure dynamic growth in the future. A visible sign of the company’s success: the new company headquarters that opened in spring 2020.

Basis for success
With its absolute specialization, the know-how of experienced employees, efficient structures and optimized processes, the company supports its customers in successfully achieving their project goals. General contractors and specialist planners rely on the expertise of ClimaLevel GmbH and its contribution to cost- and time-efficient construction – of decisive importance for the success of the project. However, the climate specialists were also able to gain numerous new project partners last year. Among other things, ClimaLevel is currently installing over 8,000 square meters of Multiboden HKL for Dreßler Bau GmbH in a prestigious office building in Karlsruhe, the CarlsCube.

In addition, the changed shareholder structure intensifies the project partnership with EGK Projektentwicklungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH: the company, which specializes in the project development and revitalization of profitable retail locations, has held a 40% stake in ClimaLevel Energiesysteme GmbH since November 2020. The new co-partner from the construction industry not only contributes his own order volume, but also new ideas regarding the expansion of ClimaLevel’s portfolio.

Company headquarters and test laboratory
The project partners are also moving closer together. ClimaLevel GmbH relocated its headquarters to the EGK Real Estate Group headquarters in spring 2020. The premises in the striking new office building offer the air conditioning specialist a spacious ambience and also serve as a “test laboratory” for the ClimaLevel Multiboden HKL. The multifunctional system, which combines heating, cooling and ventilation, is installed in the offices used by ClimaLevel and not only ensures a constantly optimal indoor climate 365 days a year, but can also be monitored and further developed under real conditions of use.

The move to the new domicile is not least an expression of the company’s appreciation for its employees: attractive, modern workplaces in an inspiring environment are an essential part of their satisfaction.
