ClimaLevel E-Line panel heating

Ladder, bucket and paint roller in room being renovated

We realize surface heating based on electrical resistance with carbon fleece heating foils, which are connected with 36V safety extra-low voltage. Our heating foils are diffusion-open and adhesion-optimized for safe installation in floors, walls or ceilings. Because they are placed close to the surface, these systems have an extremely fast reaction time. Due to the low investment costs, they are particularly suitable for covering peak loads in projects with heat pumps and increased heating loads. Electric panel heating systems can also be used very effectively in renovation projects.

E-Line wall heating

Diagram of the structure of an electric wall heating system

When planning the E-Line wall heating system, we cover the heating loads with an active heat output of the carbon fleece foil of 110 W/sqm or max. 220 W/sqm. The special foil construction allows pictures and shelves to be fixed inside the active heating surface using dowels and screws. The electrical connection is made from the heating surface with a 36V twin cable to the power supply unit with transformer. The room temperature is controlled by room thermostats, which are also connected to the power supply unit.

E-Line underfloor heating

Diagram of the structure of an electric underfloor heating system

When planning the E-Line underfloor heating system, we cover the heating loads with an active heat output of the carbon fleece foils of 60 W/sqm or max. 110 W/sqm. By positioning the heating foil directly underneath the floor covering, heating is considerably faster than with conventional hot water underfloor heating. As the maximum surface temperature for underfloor heating is limited to 29 °C, this is monitored by a separate sensor. The electrical connection is made from the heating surface with a 36V twin cable to the power supply unit with transformer. The room temperature is controlled by room thermostats, which are also connected to the power supply unit.

E-Line ceiling heating

Diagram of the structure of an electric ceiling heating system

When planning the E-Line ceiling heating system, we cover the heating loads with an active heat output of the carbon fleece foil of 110 W/sqm or max. 220 W/sqm. As ceiling heating systems can also be planned with surface temperatures of approx. 40 °C, a cost-saving reduced occupancy level is possible. The heating foils can be plastered in directly or integrated into a drywall construction. The electrical connection is made with 36V safety extra-low voltage. The room temperature is controlled by 230V room thermostats, which are also connected to the power supply unit. Control can also be carried out via an app-controlled smart home system.
