ClimaLevel Energiesysteme GmbH has been active on the Berlin market for 15 years. The company equips over 1,000 residential units a year with its panel heating systems in multi-storey construction projects in the capital. This summer alone, around 700 apartments were completed in the Dolgensee-Center. The company has a long-standing working relationship with most of its customers. “It is crucial for us to ensure smooth construction work on site. <\/span>The fact that ClimaLevel Energiesysteme GmbH is permanently represented in Berlin with its own installation managers is of great importance. In this way, we ensure a personal presence on the construction site and seamless monitoring of the work,” explains Uwe Kemmer, Managing Director of Clima<\/span>Level Energiesysteme GmbH.<\/span><\/p>\n ClimaLevel’s installation managers based in Berlin are responsible for the project: their tasks include inspecting the surfaces and, in particular, checking the installation heights required for installing the panel heating systems. You fix the installation dates with the client’s site managers, coordinate the installation teams and ensure that the property is handed over “swept clean” on the agreed date.<\/span><\/p>\n “Thanks to the proximity of the Berlin installation managers to the respective projects, we are extremely flexible when it comes to organizing the interfaces with the adjacent trades and with regard to customer requests,” explains Kemmer. “And it enables close coordination so that any problems can be quickly identified and solved or eliminated in advance.”<\/span><\/p>\n Satisfied customers prove him right: after ClimaLevel was commissioned by Schrobsdorff Bau AG to equip the residential units in two sub-projects in the WATERKANT district of Berlin with underfloor heating, the company has just received the follow-up order for further residential units.
