The depth of the building and the configuration of the internal cores offer maximum flexibility and are suitable for a wide variety of office structures. From open-plan offices to classic cellular offices, everything is possible and can be individually adapted to user requirements. The sustainable “lean building” has a low primary energy requirement and requires only a small amount of building technology while maintaining a healthy and comfortable indoor climate. Both are made possible above all by the consistent use of waste heat and the activation of the thermal mass, flanked by a variety of measures. These include adjustable, external sun protection, natural ventilation options and an intelligent lighting concept.<\/p>\n
Energy-efficient feel-good climate
<\/b>The offices are air-conditioned using a ceiling cooling system for the entire building. For this purpose, heating and cooling registers of the KE KELIT CLIMATE FIX active ceiling system were incorporated into the building components during the shell construction. In this way, the building mass is used thermally. The radiant heat and cold as well as the even temperature distribution ensure high thermal comfort and pleasant air conditioning all year round. At the same time, the low-temperature system is extremely energy-saving and climate-friendly: it is ideal for using renewable energy sources. Various versions of the CLIMATE FIX system are available for surface-mounted or suspended use: ideal for use in building renovation projects. Industrial halls and sales rooms are air-conditioned with active ceilings with openly visible meanders.<\/p>\n
