A new district for the south of Cologne
<\/b>The “Quartier Reiterstaffel” is an attractive residential area for around 1,500 people on the site of the former Reiterstaffel NRW in Cologne Marienburg. The approximately 500 residential units are spread across four to six-storey apartment buildings grouped along a central promenade. High-quality architecture, a generous green space concept, play areas and the absence of cars above ground create a residential quarter with a high feel-good factor. Complemented by retail and commercial activities, the “Reiterstaffel Quarter” is a real Cologne “Veedel”: a striking, independent center in the south of Cologne.<\/p>\n
The upscale furnishings of the various residential units – one- to five-room apartments and penthouses ranging from 30 to 150 square meters – contribute to the living comfort in the quarter. ClimaLevel Energiesysteme GmbH equipped 100 residential units in the “Quartier Reiterstaffel” with ClimaLevel underfloor heating: cozy warmth without annoying radiators.<\/p>\n
