What exactly are your tasks as Technical Manager at ClimaLevel GmbH?<\/i><\/p>\n

Evgeni Tsintsiper:
<\/b>My job and that of my employees is to transfer the planning status of architects and specialist planners into the execution and installation planning. The planning status results from the concept processing: this involves creating the prerequisites for the installation of the respective systems. This mainly concerns the floor construction heights and the definition of interfaces to the heating system and, in the case of Multiboden HVAC, also to the ventilation system. It therefore makes sense to involve us in a project at an early stage so that the appropriate conditions can be created. <\/p>\n

In which construction phase is the surface heating and cooling system installed? <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Evgeni Tsintsiper: <\/b><\/span>As soon as all the interior work has been completed to the extent that the building is tight and all the pipes on the ground have been laid. Then only the screed needs to be poured and the heating and cooling issues – and with the Multiboden HVAC also ventilation – can be ticked off. <\/span><\/p>\n

How does ClimaLevel GmbH guarantee on-time implementation?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Evgeni Tsintsiper: <\/b><\/span>Perfect coordination of deadlines, material delivery and installation staff is essential for on-time implementation. <\/span>Each project is the responsibility of a project manager, who oversees it from commissioning to acceptance and coordinates all processes as the central point of contact. In addition, each project is assigned an installation manager who is responsible for the project on site.<\/span><\/p>\n

How does the project process actually work on the construction site?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Evgeni Tsintsiper: <\/b><\/span>First of all, all areas are inspected by the installation manager responsible for the project, who checks the construction heights in particular and <\/span>passes on any deviations to <\/span>the project manager so that these can be taken into account in the installation plans. He also fixes the installation date with the client’s site manager, who coordinates all the trades. Because before we can start with the installation, all the preliminary trades must have completed their work. Once the deadline has been set, the project manager ensures that the required materials are available on site on time. There is usually a forecast for our producers and our logistics so that the material can be called up flexibly and quickly. At the same time, the installation manager coordinates our installation teams and ensures that the property is handed over “swept clean” on the agreed date at the end of the work. This also includes the return transportation of materials. We always take our “garbage” with us. Project acceptance is carried out either by the installation team on site or, in the case of measurement orders, by the responsible installation manager, who records the actual material consumption for each individual item in the measurement. The project manager then draws up the revision plans, in which all the work carried out is documented – including deviations from the original plans that arise during the project and result from practical decisions made on site.<\/p>\n
